Help Desk
The MCEA Help Desk is staffed by specialists ready to assist members. Whether it is asking contract questions; applying for Sick Leave Bank benefits or long-term disability insurance; questions about payroll or insurance; or simply understanding leave options: the MCEA Help Desk is the place to go.
School Assistance
The MCEA field staff work with faculties, teams, departments, and members in resolving problems and improving the teaching and learning environment. Call MCEA to speak with the UniServ Director responsible for assistance at your school or worksite. Assignments are by cluster:

MCEA members faced with lawsuits, suspension or discharge may be eligible for legal representation through MSEA and our Educators Employment Liability Insurance Program. Contact your UniServ Director for assistance.
