Delegate since 2015 and committee chair. Korman has represented District 16 since 2015 and chairs the Environment & Transportation Committee; he was elected House majority leader in 2023. 

  • Member of policy and rules committees. He serves on the Legislative Policy Committee and the Rules & Executive Nominations Committee. 
  • Former Montgomery delegation chair and transit caucus leader. Korman previously chaired the Montgomery County House Delegation and co‑chairs the Maryland Legislative Transit Caucus. 
  • Co‑sponsor of HB0837 on vocational guidance. He supported the More Opportunities for Career‑Focused Students Act. 
  • Active in caucuses and committees. Korman participates in the Legislative Latino Caucus and the Jewish Caucus. 
  • Advocates for sustainable transportation, education funding and climate action. His legislative agenda emphasises transit investment, school funding and environmental policies.
