Delegate since July 2023 and appropriations member. Spiegel joined the House in July 2023 and serves on the Appropriations Committee’s public safety & administration and transportation & environment subcommittees.

- Focus on transportation, housing and mental health. His legislative priorities include improving transit access, expanding affordable housing and supporting mental health services.
