Greg Zemel has been teaching English at Albert Einstein High School for 15 years. He has taught all grade and ability levels during those 15 years. In addition to teaching English, he has served as a Building Rep and Elected Faculty Representative. He has marched, rallied, lobbied, and distributed Apple Ballots as an MCEA member over the years.
Greg believes that our democratic society depends on a well-educated citizenry. As such, maintaining strong public schools should be one of the most important goals of our country. He looks forward to reminding elected officials about the critical responsibility of funding our schools.
When Greg is not working or advocating, he enjoys sitting near a body of water, reading, cooking and eating good food, and making sure his dog gets his steps in for the day.
