Attend MCEA’s Leadership Team Institute. The Institute consists of four, full-day sessions. Select one or all in any order best suited to your needs. Who Should Come? Team Leaders, Resource Teachers, Elected Faculty Reps, MCEA Reps and other School Leadership Team members.

Module 1: Learning to Lead
Effective facilitation skills and leadership dispositions make each member of a team stronger and make the whole team more effective.  Focus on your development as a leader. Learn how to be assertive, how to use collaborative tools, and how to run an effective problem-solving meeting. You will be able to immediately apply the skills, tools and processes you learn in your next meeting.
