Delegate since December 2021 and Environment & Transportation Committee member. Foley represents District 15 and serves on the Environment & Transportation Committee’s motor vehicle and local government subcommittees.
- Treasurer of Women Legislators of Maryland. She holds leadership roles within the Women Legislators of Maryland and previously served on its executive board.
- Member of the Legislative Latino Caucus. Foley participates in the Maryland Legislative Latino Caucus.
- Former labor and media leader. Prior to entering the legislature she served as president of the Newspaper Guild and vice‑president of the Communications Workers of America.
- Co‑sponsor of HB0837 on career‑focused education. Foley helped pass the More Opportunities for Career‑Focused Students Act requiring high schools to inform students about vocational and skills‑training opportunities.
- Advocates for workers’ rights and transportation safety. She champions media literacy, fair labor practices and safe infrastructure.
