#FeelGoodFridays! MCEA Social Media Series  

Tell us something good! We love seeing our members thriving, celebrating the joys of being an educator, and sharing their achievements. These stories bring our union community together. Feel Good Fridays is a social media series that highlights our members’ little wins to remind us that there’s something to feel good about every week. What's good with you? Please share it in the form below, and we will try to feature your story on MCEA’s social media channels – we can even meet you at your worksite! 

Guidelines 

This is a space to highlight the amazing work our members do every day that might otherwise go unnoticed by the broader community. So, what are you excited about right now? Did you set up a planetarium in your classroom? Is your school’s urban garden thriving? Do you run a journaling club for your students? We want to hear about it – and so do other people!  

Please note that while content should pertain to your work as an educator, do not include content with images of students or students’ academic work. 

Process  

While we can’t guarantee that your story will be featured on MCEA’s social media platforms, we will try our best to feature your story in some way during the school year. If your story is selected by your MCEA team, we will follow up with you. 

Consent/Authorization 

By submitting your story, including any related photographs, videos, or other media, to MCEA, you are authorizing MCEA to publish and distribute the content as part of MCEA’s #FeelGoodFriday social media posts. I understand that the content may be edited for length, clarity, and promotional purposes; however, the meaning and context of the story will not be materially altered. MCEA will not distribute or use the content for any other purpose or as part of any other social media campaign.
